I accidently deleted the fodler that had pretty much everyhting i use in it guess i was rushing but if you can get that for me thanks alot!

I think he wants the text guides since he said he deleted the folder and that stickie your talking about only has the videos. All the text guide links are broken becuase Joana"s people report them to the file hoster site, whats your email?

thats the pictures i need the text guide

Go into the folder with all the pictures and thier should be a file in the folder in HTML format, thats the guide. Right click on it and press "open with" and choose the program that you sruf the interent with firefox,IE, etc... that should do it the pictures are just their so the guide can read them.
