Most Common DKP Systems?

Can someone please post the most common DKP systems and how they work? I'll toss you some rep for the effort.

Sum Zero...

Each item has a set amount of DKP. If someone buys it then that amount is split between everyone in the raid...For example

Bob has 51 DKP
Joe has 39 DKP
Cindy has 21 DKP

They all want Tsunami Talisman and it costs 10 DKP

Your raid has 31 total people wanting to be in or in atm.

You give everyone 0.32 DKP because 31/10 is ~ 32.

I don't like sum zero, so normal mode.
