Hacked plx help? :O

Here is the thing, last friday i got hacked, he farmed all weekend in shadowlab/terokkar dident take a singel break exept for going to ah and sell his loot, i got my acccount back on tursday, "i dont got SQ" and i was happy as hell and played alot! but on the friday, 2 days ago on 02:20 i was slacking in kara with my 9 RL friends and boom, got DC and understand fast i was hacked again...
i have scaned my comp with 4 ani virus programs and spyware and i got a very good virus security program installed on my comp :S and with all those 4 prog when i scan for virus ex they dont find anything, and i got full acces to the email he cant have the SQ because its like 1341+341314mö13mk41 so wtf?
what shud i do???? plx help me :S im not good at computers so i dont relly wanna try to reinstall my computer using the CD because i dont know how to install all drivers and stuffs... plx help

Ok, first of all, have you tried to just change your wow password? Change it around, to something completly random, and write it down on a paper you place somewhere wicked. Like, under your computer.

Second, it might not be a keylogger, althought thats whats most likely, you could have gotten scammed. Have you signed up for something where you did turn in your user and password?

i changed my pw 1 day before i got hacked, and noo i never use the same acc or pw on other things then my acc :S

Try changing other things, as the registered email and phone number for the account.

Maybe if all else fails, try calling them to see if you can change your SQ/A.

You almost defnitely have a keylogger.

Do NOT change your password on that computer; the guy will just see what you changed it to. Go to another computer, like a friend's computer or a library computer, and change it. And after you do that, download Ad-aware and Spybot Search & Destroy.

Virus scans rarely pick up keyloggers. Spyware scans do.

I have norton as a gift but, it only helps with things that try to access my computer, etc.

Ad-Aware doesn't do that, (seeing as I haven't bought a registered version.)
but it picks up everything Norton doesn't on a system scan.

You're using norton, that's you problem. Go to download.com and get Avast! Antivirus, scan with that and then download Spyware Doctor, do your best to obtain a key for it and scan with that.
