Does that mean i can make a game when people make accounts i can take there money close there account? due to the tou i wrote up for the game?> (a scam but a legal one?)

Also when a company are writing "tou" for a product, can they write what they want? do they have rules to follow?

I know some programmer who put right in the Terms of agreement for one of his programs something as to "This is a keylogger, clicking accept means the programmer is at no fault for your losses"

Yes. This is called recalling an account. A ton of MMOwned members know about it, so I didn't bother adding it in the guide. If you know all the info on the account, you can call Billing and get the e-mail changed to yours. Although, be warned, if an account is recalled too many times a flag could pop up, and it could be investigated and banned. From my experience, recalling more than twice can result in a flag popping up.
