WowPL - May cooperate!

I got very unlucky with WoW-PL.. Thoose guys had it for about 7 days... Then at the Thursday I was going to log in and get my gold... And then the worst message came up... "THis account has been permenantely banned" or whatever it says, I got really pissed due to the loss of my epic warrior... I went to live chat right away and asked them what that had happend.. I was really prepared for a looong discussion. (Got a little pissed) :yuck:

Me: Hello. Today when i tried to log on my account to get my gold it was permanently banned... WTF is this?!?!

Operatior: acc name plz

Operator: you are right sir. i am really sorry for this. plz check in a few hour

Me: NOO! you can get your fücking ass in work and fix this fücking problem!

Operator: there is nothing i can do

Me: as stated what one of your operators said earlier " If your account gets banned, we will lvl a new one up to 70."

Operator:i am just a live help, plz understand sir.

Me: Listen carefully... Now it is your responsobility to get MY account back! So I suggest you start working you ******! Or ill get sure you get in big troubles!

Operator: ill have to chck wit my boss

Me: ......

Operator: we will compensate a 0-70 for you

The convo was much longer, but to my surprise, the are actually leveling a priest up for me now... I got really surprised and happy... i guess i was lucky with a fast responsive operator... they are currently at a lvl of 31, i have all info on the account and email registered to me, so i am really happy atm:yuck: as this may sound like a joke, but just trust me, it isnt... I am as shocked as you guys may be...

Posted this because I want to make clear that not all "we power lvl one up for you ofc!" is bullshit...:wave:

im telling them the yWILL lvl a guy 1-70, and they are doing it no prob =D

i can decide what class to get lvled though...any suggestions?

tip to anyone with the same problem --be assertive-- dont take no for an answer
