Cheat checks inside instances?

Has anyone ever been banned / warned due to any sort of cheat made INSIDE an instance, with NO reports about doing it?

Like, for example, something you did ALONE inside an instance?

I want to know what's the degree of attention the GMs pay to the stuff that happens inside instances. Do they regularly come and check, or do they just go to the instances in which there has been a report?

ChrisC, he's talking about model editing in order to get below the instance. I was fairly certain that he would be able to get away with it as long as it wasn't reported, but I wasn't 100% sure.

Well Blizz has banned farmers for using teleport hacks in instances in the past, so I assume that if they could catch you, but they would need a reason to look into the matter at all. Or unless you use a hack that just screams to Warden that you're haxxoring, then I would guess it wouldn't matter if you were in an instance or not.

dude, I'm sure a good Model Editer could ME his way straight to a unlocked chest from an entrance.

If you do it alone, I'd say that the ONLY way to get caught is if you do it with other people in the instance.
