    Paypal Policy - Disputes?

Ok, I may be the WoW Lawyer, but I know nothing about Paypal policy.

Tons of people have told me that Paypal does not recognize virtual trades. So, let's say I receive money from someone in the "virtual item" category. I then take the account back, and he disputes. Basically, what people are telling me is that Paypal does not cover disputes with virtual trades, so I would always win the dispute.

Is this true or not? I really don't know a lot about Paypal, and any information about this would be great. Thanks.

Paypal is a great company. They will cancel a transaction if something like that occurs. Pretty much, you cant cheat paypal. I bought DvDs that were copies and they were faulty, and i got my money back, and the guy was banned from ebay for selling faulty stuff, so i got to keep it. If you sell and account and steal it back, pretty much the same will occur

Yeah. I thought Paypal did not recognize virtual item trades at all, meaning claims that are filed are just ignored.

I desperately need some confirmation on this.

Paypal seems to almost always cover the buyer. Every virtual item i've purchased that I haven't recieved, i've filed a dispute with paypal. I select "virtual item" tell them i didn't recieve it, and get my money back.

    Every time this has worked.

Yep. I did some research, and you're absolutely right. No selling scammed accounts for me.
