PayPal chargeback

Hello,

I paid Thsale to powerlevel my character. But now its permabanned.
Is there anyway to chargeback my money? Paypal wont because its a virtual item, but maybe to put something in comments or something? If so, what shall I put in?

Sorry, I don't think Paypal does money-back transfers on virtual items.

Unless Thsale is REALLY generous, which I think they're not, then they will be offering refunds.
