Working Doors / Gates?

Hello, i dont know where i should post this cuz i didint find the "Support" forum, but ill do it here and u can move it if its wrong.

Well i really need a door that works, and i posted this thread

And they said that they've seen a thread here that includes a SQL files with alot of nice doors / gates, but ive searched so much and cant find it, so im just posting :P.

The reasons the in-game doors wont work is:

With some of them (like the Scholo door) and well first off, you dont need a key, second (not that i really need a door with lock), if you open it, its only open for you, and if someone else closes it, i cant see it, its still open for me. and third, everyone who opens the door, will have the look like they're "looting" all the time when they stand still, but you can only see others do it.
