Fastest 40-50 with use a of a 70 mage?

So a friend of mine is leveling with me, we dinged 40 today by using scarlet monestary from 20-40 with the help from a 70 mage friend of ours.

50-60 we'll be using scholomance aoeing to get the job done.

Our issue lies from 40-50.. Any good spots to use the mage to aoe to make us level quickly?

The Fozruk trick I read about here was getting us 45k an hour but thats awful.. Anyone know good ZF pulls to do orrrr sunken temple?

my friend got me through zf, but its sorta slow, but good loot, i would try it =)

ZF is pretty bad to do, I wouldn't recommend it. The witch doctors throw down healing totems that keep everyone at full.
