These are not considered as Tier7, but as tier 6.5. It's just like tier 2.5 in AQ when that came out. I bet most of these sets will be for off-specs.

have the gear doesnt match. The warrior has boxes sticking through his shoulders like litereally and if blizzard released it at the end it would say
