Perma-ban without reasoning?

I tried to log on yesterday after the patch, but I could not. This is because my account "has been closed" and I should check "worldofwarcraft.com/misc/banned.html." I did so and it told me to read my mail as to why. No mail.

I have not done anything wrong at all recently, and they perma me with no reason? Does anyone think I can get my account back? Because I have spent over 5 months of play time on my characters, and I would really like to try out the new patch! Thanks in advance, -Cloud

***UPDATE!***
-After 45 minutes of waiting on the phone, Blizzard finally picked up. I explained to the nice man the situation, telling him I was banned with no explanation or email. He told me they will reply to my email shortly, it just takes a bit sometimes. The guy was really nice about it, and he told me I will be able to get my account back! Yay for me, and no more hacking! Now all I need is an afk bot that works with 2.0.1...

My brother (Fault) has some model edits on the computer and his account hasn'e been banned. Its not anything bad, its just like Epic Warhorse --> ZG Raptor. Plus I havent played for 3 or 4 days and I come back to a ban on the most exciting day of the week!

well i created a trail account and the LFG feture is good but the problem is it spends about 40mins at the char screen and logging in and when im in the game the latancy is 81 but the game is way way laggy, i havd to w8 16 mins for herthstone

Well first off the account may not be perma banned. The only way you would know if it was indeed permanently banned would be if you received an email saying your account was closed indefinitely.

What I would do in your position is just email [email protected], and plead them as to what the reasons for your ban was, explaining you have not done anything recently as far as you can remember and that you received no email telling you that you've been banned, and that you also don't know how long the ban is for. They'll probably get back to you in 48 hours, at which point you can figure out the time you have left on your ban or if you need to start looking for a new account.

I havent been Banned yet.. and i am using Wow Model Viewer. But That doesnt mean that i get banned.

Thanks Poker I sent them an Email from 3 aol accounts because they didnt respond to my first message for some reason. I hate when they avoid me it had been over 24 hours and no response. Think I can gain their sympathy via email or support line? Their number is always busy so i cant call them. grrr
