Weird graphics mess up

So i logged on one day to find this take a look at the cape i have on, its the mailbox banner. all the names are already distorted so i only need to black out the bottom 1.

Yeah usually that's a graphics card glitch.

I've seen some wierd shit when that happens. Usually it's in WSG though, never knew exactly why...
