Well This Is Confusing

Hey every one I just got bored and decided to look on the WoW web site and I was reading over the Scam Policy and i noticed some thing.
And that was that in the Scam Policy it says
"Scamming another Player

This category includes:

• Acquiring items or any other "possessions" from another player through misinformation, confusion, or fraud (Scamming)

If a player is found to have perpetrated a scam, he/she may:

• Be temporarily suspended from the game"

It says may be temporarily SUSPENDED nothing about gettin a perm ban and my friend has gotten a perm ban from doing the cod scams over and over.
Is it possible that if you get a perm ban for doin a scam such as cod over and over if you e-mail them quoteing there own scam policy they may unban you because it says nothing about a perm ban just temp suspension.

It is their game and they can do what they want... lol

But ocntinuing to do it will get you a longer sentence. e.g. If oyu repeatedly murder you will get a worse sentence each time.
So yes they can perma-ban you.

ya they have the rite but still the should say sumthing like if you scam over and over you will get a perm cuz sum people may not no that they might think cuz it says nothing about a perm they can just get suspensions know what i mean

i posted new unrelised info on the ofish forum and i didnt even say it i just put the link to cursegaming. then i got banned from forums i replied that it says you will only be temp suspend they replied saying this decision is final and they may change any rules as it says in the terms and agreements you check every patch
