Theory - Leveling with Field Medic

Hi. I would like to share my theory if someone who has 100+ alt would like to test this out. I would love to try it but my characters are all 110 or less than 10.
Since a lot of people are farming quest items for Field Medic, if you for example get to an agreement with farming group as level 100-109 to just stay afk or idle (looting corpses) in their farming zone and in their group, would you gain any exp from mob kills?
