how to change addon-yell locale?

Hey,

I play with a lot of spanish based players and I'm trying to get my DBM yell broadcast messages to yell in spanish without changing my client language as I can't read spanish.

I've deleted all the locale languages out of the DBM folder to only keep ES but it doesn't yell, period.

I've also tried copying the ES preference into the EN one but it breaks and doesn't yell either.

Is this even possible to achieve without plainly swapping my entire client language to spanish?
