Well, there are some ways to do this, and the easiest way is to report his account + forward all the documents you have to blizz. (try opening a ticket + Live chat)

Also, if you still have access to that account, try to use the most detected cheat with that.

All you have to do is use the recovery form & submit the ID

Ideally online if you're able either through a no login support ticket or live chat..

He'll probably attempt to do the same & the account will be closed for "Multiple contestments" I believe the phrase is..
