Has anyone been banned for selling mythic plus carrys ?
So i started selling carrys with some friends for gold and we setup a discord cuz bnet friendlist sucks.Sometimes ppl offer $ via whisper instead of gold. is it ok to direct them to our discord or thats just to fishy ?
Also if its all done outside of any blizzard chat is there a chance of being banned if reported from an angry buyer and is the buyer in risk of being banned as well ?

People have been banned for selling both PvE and PvP carries for real money in the past. It all depends how deeply Blizzard care to investigate. Asking to go off-game is always a flag to Blizzard, especially when people are asked to go to Discord and you end up running them for "free".
When you leave the gold space and enter RMT, you need to be prepared to face bans. That's the risk and trade off you make to get real money, and often why people have secondary accounts specifically for selling carries.
Though you won't face any bans for gold obviously.

sorry for late response, i was sleeping.
So what we are doing atm is doing carrys for gold mostly and after its done we invite them to discord for future carrys and to leave kinda of review/feedback of the run. then if he wants further carrys most ask me via discord so i guess its safe there ? not 100% but almost
