Didnt know Blizzard Bans IP

haha i didnt know blizzard bans ip adress. Good thing i was on my neighbors wireless lol. Yea i made like 10 trial accounts, and got 7 banned lol speed hacking. Then made a another one log on, Create Character and boom dc as soon as i get on the character, hes banned, make another account and make 1 more character and boom ban, so it took like 4 times for me to realize what they did lol. But yea good thing i can switch back to my internet for my real character. But one thing i need to ask (in case my neighbor plays wow :S i dont know) how do i change his ip adress? i mean if you say you need to be on the router computer couldnt you just use a packet sniffer? i mean thats how i got his encrypted password.

any help would be great.

Blizzard only ban by IP if they catch someone repeatedly hacking like you did. Hopefully your neighbor is on a PPPOE system where if he resets his router, he would get a new IP address from the ISP
