Blizzard recently made a bluepost saying if you did the Cathedral WQ before they fixed it, you can contact the support and get the 250 rep you didn't get. The catch is you can do this more than once, manage to get rep twice.

This would req you to not have received rep for completing it earlier this week tho. I would not recommend spamming tickets as you might get caught if they check previous tickets. But by the looks of it they can't see if you already got rep from other GM, without checking previous tickets.

Be careful with this.
