We are writing to inform you that we have, unfortunately, had to cancel your World of Warcraft account:

Type of Violation: Confirmed use of unapproved Third Party Software
Investigation concluded on 14/11/2006
Consequences for Account: Account Cancellation

This account has been found to have employed third party software designed to automate many aspects of the World of Warcraft game play experience. Such software runs contrary to the essence of World of Warcraft and provides an advantage over other players. In addition, use of this software can lead to exploitation and destabilization of the World of Warcraft server economy. As such, this account has been closed and will not be reopened under any circumstances. The recurring subscription on the account has been disabled to prevent further charges.

Please review the World of Warcraft Terms of Use at http://www.wow-europe.com/en/legal/termsofuse.html, which you accepted when you installed World of Warcraft and established the account(s). Section 2, Paragraph C details the limitations of game play modifications and use of any third-party or “packet sniffing” software. In addition, Section 3, Paragraph C, parts 3 and 4 restrict the use of any hack, scripting or macroing software which obtains information from World of Warcraft to gain a competitive advantage over other players.

All i have ever used is glider . Im an official member of the gliding comunity and used glider with caution at all times and with a lot of experience using this program . Im WARNING all members of MMOWNED to not use glider at the moment since it is highly DETECTABLE !!! Unfortunatly i believe glider has just wintnessed its last days since Mercury (the designer and owner of glider) seams to have cashed his check and gone out somewhere . Therefore i doubt glider will gain advantage from anymore updates sadly . Its a real shame that glider is over but the STATS are here : 76,000 accounts banned in October and 59.000 accounts banned in June . November is by far going to be the highest as it seems that all remaining gliders are getting banned so its expected to be a 120,000 + account bans . All i said here is fact and the stats are taken straight from the WOWGLIDER members area ban count for the last few months . SO HERE IS PROOF , DO NOT USE GLIDER OR YOU WILL GET PERMA BANNED !!!

Im sorry to break it to you all like this but my intention is only to protect some members here from getting banned .

Merc is SUEING blizzard to PROTECT GLIDER.

There is a possibility it is detectable, probbably not. They just compiled bans for the past 2 months.

That means EVERY SINGLE forum member has 3 accounts, and got banned.

The day after the "wave" Mercury made a thread trying to figure out. If he cashed the check he wouldn't be on the forums replying to posts everyday for the past week.

Hey dude i didnt know if you new this or not but you might be able to get your account back still ive seen this on plenty of sights you call up wow tell them that you were on vacation. and then saiy that some one has been on your account and your password has been changed and so on... then they will ask you to send them some crap license or what ever they require and there ya go ive done this 1nce and worked perfect and for all others out there...

Thats not true. Merc is on vacation and i doubt glider is done he'll come up up with something even thought the latest ban wave closed over 1000 accounts.

How he is a hypocrite? Read hwat you just posted. It doesn't say juts bots, now does it? I don't use bots either. SOme people come here for just model editting. And he has a point, if you bot you deserve the ban.

Read the whole post first. Model editing is still against the EULA.
