Ip Hiding / Changing

I was just wondering, i scammed an account, but let's say i log into it now, and the dude just told blizzard a scammer may go on his account. Can't blizzard then check logs, see my ip (it's not 86.228.384!) and can check where you live, phone-number etc? And you get prosecuted or something? Or is there anything you can change you IP with if you log in?

well... did u log on the account yet, because if u did then ur screwed, but, give it a lil bit and when u log onto it just use an ip hider

didn't log on it yet ^^. Anyone can give me some info about IP hider, google is offline or something >.<?
