what is this (legion wow app)

was wondering if anyone has seen this before... i logged onto my hunter to get one if his quests done

on the recruitment page this popped up...

You can queue order hall missions using this app. You can also have a view on available world quests.

You can train or "recruit" non-follower squads to assist in your class hall missions. Basically the app lets you manage everything related to your class hall, including your upgrades and squad training. I think it's like 50 resources per squad when you recruit them.

That's artifact knowledge as far as I know.

You need to update you app. Same picture appeared for me today. And after I updated the app, it was correctly displaying artifact knowledge there
