Yeah GMs have threathened to do that to me to, when i was on a scammeda ccount swearing at one, but they never do.

Doubtful that they will investigate your IP, you have to do something really stupid to piss a gm off ALOT or if blizzard finds out something that you did against them and it was reallly badddddd
