The seller took the account back from me

First of all sorry for my english, I've bought 3 year ago an account and 10 days ago i saw that my email never existed with a battlenet account i have all the information of the account Name Last Name of the seller.

My question : Do you have a solution to take the account back because the GM told me that i can't without the original ID and i am not the original user of the account but i know everything about the account.

No. This is one of the risks of buying an account.. Can't really do anything.

Unless you have the owner ID you wont be able to get the account back. Thats why most account traders ask for ID/driver's license and whatnot when buying accounts.
