ItemSet, Seplls (cooldown, effects), Level rewards

Hello,

I am relatively new to this all, but have this passion to meddle with the DBC.

I would like some help, or a how-to guide on how to add custom item sets to the 5.4.8 and how to change and implement it all with the spells (cooldowns, effects) plus the level rewards (for example when a player reaches lvl 20 he automatically receives the aprentice riding skill w/ a mount fitting his faction).

Any help is welcome.
