The Murloc Game

The Murloc Game, for those who are asking what this is its a game usually played in trade chat where you insert the word Murloc into a movie/book/music title in hopes to get someone else to reply. Soon the whole channel is flooded with Murlocs on a plane and various other great titles.

Do you like or dislike the Murloc game when it starts on your server, do you tolerate it or go on a mad rant and report everyone?

Do you like the game? Do you often contribute somthing to it, If so whats the best title you have seen or come up with and have you ever been guilty of starting the game.

This is an issue that makes a lot of people sore, but at the same time the hilarious stuff that comes from the haters is as much fun to read as the people playing.

My server used to be all Chuck Norris, but now days they link this certain ring that I can't remember and rave about it :/

I made the jump from Emerald Dream to Stormrage. just out of curiosity I started it up with a simple one like transformers, murlocs in disguise, sever al people LOL'ed and posted their own immeadiately the haters started on the subject and soon there was nothing but murlocs in the trade chat. I was laughing so hard I had to go wipe my eyes. I've been told that some servers havent seen the game played in a few months so it is probably dying down. I have also noted that Chuck Norris has become more populat with the Horde, particuarly in Barrens chat than the alliance side.

my server used to post things Warglaive of Azzinoth related (Ex. Harry Potter and the Warglaive of Azzinoth)

around that time the trade chat was already filled with people randomly linking that.

I like it when it starts, because it's funny. And I say some funny stuff on it sometimes..

I think prolly.. The Lion, The Witch, and the Murloc.

Another fun thing i liked to do in trade chat was to link an item into a sentence. the more linked items you could get into a sentence the more points you got. It was even more fun when you got your guild members to play along. Now that I think about it, thats probably why no one ever buys my stuff unless its on the auction house.

this goes on about every other day in the trade channel on my server. it was funny at first but it gets annoying. not as bad as the chuck norris jokes though.
