What is the point in adding Hyjal?

Well on my private server I was seeing where to go and I noticed a spot that was empty on my map (could not put my mouse over it)and so I set my fly on and flew to it... the gate from winterspring didnt let me through so I flew over it... I went in and I realized the whole area has been made >.> Also this one instance near the middle of the mountain. If we are not allow to go in it whats the point of even making it? (correct me if I am wrong, meaning you can go into to it retail, just saying because I've heard of people getting banned for going to hyjal) will we ever be allowed to go into it ?? sorry it just struck me awkward that blizzard would take the time to make the area but not allow anyone in..

If anyone could answer my questions I would be very happy because now I'm stuck wondering...:confused:

It's not techniquely a raid in TBC, its the aftermath of it, if you go a bit Northeast, you see the main bosses in CoT Mount Hyjal reamins. I read something that was officiated by Blizzard on Hyjal, that maybe in WotLK that it will be added for something important. (I hope PvP zone)

And Hyjal is just a fun place to be, you to be the GM island of exploring but now its just boring

Well. I play retail.. but my character is only level 52... But you are allowed in Hyjal?

AFAIK, entering the actual Hyjal zone triggers the No-man's Land debuff, which is bad juju. Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong.

ha on the private server i play on that area is populated by custom monsters,vendors and random bosses that drop t6 and teh glaivies ^_^

CAnt get there on live server because of a debuff. COT is not the same thing as the actual area. hey guess what there is COT durnholde! doesnt mean that you cant get to durnholde outside of it. im sure they will eventually release Hyjal as a zone.

Mount Hyjal is a 25-man raid instance after SSC/TK. You can access the instance in CoT but the actual area near winterspring and felwood are just part of wow lore and you can only access bia exploiting

pretty sure they have fixed it by now on live servers

This area has been ingame for as long as i can remember playing the game lol
Nothing new about that. The invisible wall near the gate which doesn't make you able to enter Hyjal that way has also been there for a long time

I hope it will be added somehow, maybe in a expansion... But it got to be used for something.
