Can you get Banned for CM Pilot runs?

Sorry in advance if this is the wrong section. I was wondering if buying a CM:Gold Pilot is bannable (Well obviously) but, has anyone been banned for it? is safe enough to buy? Little paranoid but I really want the CM:Gold thanks!

Yes. Sharing your account to anyone is against the rules.

To add to above, the only way you can do it safely is if you play your own character, and you pay with gold.

There are a lot of carry groups that take gold and let you run your own toon. Just play it safe. Since challenge got introduced in MoP, maybe people have gotten suspended for account sharing for CM and all of their achievements and items removed. I don't know how often bans had happened, but I'd imagine if a person was a repeat offender it ended up in a ban. I've seen waves where people didn't get suspended but they had all their achievements removed too, and whatever they paid in real money to the carry group was lost forever.

Just play it safe, use gold for a carry group. They aren't even that expensive imo.
