You can't ever be guaranteed that the buyer won't charge back after a few days or months.

Besides, if the buyer scams you then you can easily recover your account.

You can make a thread in the World of Warcraft General section (same as this section) and ask for a price check.

I would just ask for offers if I was you and see what kind of price people are willing to pay. It's hard to price an account because people value it differently (you might value it more than others simply because you've put a lot of time into it).
