Vent Equalizer

I seem to re-call Alkhara/Majere posting a program that equalizes all incoming noise so one person isn't 9000x louder then everyone else. I did a search of "vent equalizer", "vent equal", "vent", and "ventrillo" but couldn't find the post. Does anyone know if such a program or setup exists, and if you do could you pont me to it?
