Can you skip WoD intro quest all the way up to planting the L1 Garrison?

Just wanting to know if that's possible, for

a) not wanting to do it for the 120142141. time and
b) having an xp-pot running and could have great use doing the objectives in frostfire ridge right away

When you get a lvl 90 boost from WoD, you can go to talents guy and reset talents, allowing you to use your talents. You can also get a mage port / summon to dreanor, from there you can go to ship yard area and pickup quest allowing you to learn your garrison with out doing any of the pre-wod starting quest.

You can only skip tanaan jungle scenario by using draenor portal on timeless isle, mage portal or warlock summon.

Yeah you can, You can get a mage portal to stormshield, then fly to outside where your garrison is meant to be and start the quest line for your garrison there. I did it last week on my new horde alt.

It is indeed pretty much possible and is intended.
