Buying an account (Just wondering)

In case I should buy an account, how is it possible for me to get the mounts/achievements from the account I'm buying over to my own account. Is that even possible anymore?

Guess it's not possible to obtain mounts such as Plagued Proto Drake, Amani War Bear etc. by char migrating between accounts even though the mount was obtained on that specific char?

Well you mentioned that you want to purchase an account and attempt to transfer characters or whatever else to try and get the mounts / achievements.

But it wouldn't even be possible to transfer anything because the account you'll be buying from any other seller won't be registered under the same name as your battle.net account.

And yes as stated, generally only things associated with a character-specific achievement gets transferred over.
