There are these 3-4 orbs that come out of this Dk every once in awhile during combat. He is a Frost DK, I am a frost Dk aswell but this never happens to me. Anyone got a clue what the flying orbs are?

Yup, that fish gives you a buff that spawns fel bolts to damage your target. They can be fished from Tanaan waters.
