Priest One-Shot - Exploit or Hack?

Hey there,

I just found this video where a priest one-shots a paladin by using Dominate Mind and hitting a macro:

Does anyone know anything about it, whether this is an exploit of game mechanics or a hack?

Pretty sure its priest who mind controls some one and then sends a packet to do fall dmg, which insta kills the person you are mind controlling.

If you mind control someone and then use something like a teleport hack it will teleport the person you're mind controlling. It's possible there are death floors outside of the arena. He probably teles them out by using a hack and then they die to the death floor.

People used to do this by mind controlling and using suicide hack, or teleport for fall damage. Could be that.

this is super old. they were usen ewt to do this. Someone leaked the method public and all the baby boomers got in on it when this has been a feature with ewt for the longest time lol. it got removed due to mass abuse in rated

Sending/modifying packets could fall into the broad category of "hacks" in video games.

it is a hack, they used suicide hack + multi jump in that video. feature was removed so and no longer public

Ok.
Yeah, now I'm a bit embarrassed that I didn't figure that out on myself after seeing the multi jumping part^^ But somehow I hoped for some kind of exploit, didn't know that it has been used for a long time.

well the hack itself has been out for a long time and it wasnt till last month or so someone was advertisen and bragging that they can 1shot and told everyone how to do it so loads of people started to do it from there and really got out of control so we decided it was time to remove it when we started seeing people looking for priests to push rated bgs and arenas via suicide hack.
