Fake ID's For account recovery/ getting unbanned, What blizzard does with them.

Right firstly i appoligise if this is a repost or anything similar.

Ok, i bought an account of ebay and transfered all the toons to another account without making the normal secure steps of getting the original account banned, changing the last name on the new account and using an authenticator.

At the moment my account is suspended and has been for 3 months as the original owner has tried to recall the account, no perma ban. Ive filled out the webform a good 3 times now without providing an ID pic. Ive decided to get a Fake ID pic but im worried about a few things.

Does Blizzard have the power to check if your ID is Real by contacting the company etc that issues it? for example if i use a passport for a Fake ID can they check this by contacting The home office - Indentity and Passport service? Or could they even Check your ID with the DVLA?

Or are they just happy that it looks real?

Im from the UK so the company's etc might be different from what you use in your country.

Well as any other NORMAL company they will check the identity.

unfortunatly i believe ur stuck in a hard place. there isnt much u can do i mean a fake id will be checked thats basicly ur only way out right? srry i cant help at all =[

Fake IDs do work if they are done correctly.
All blizzard does if you send a fake ID (And they catch on that it is fake) is send an email saying they do not accept forged identification.

Its my understanding that as long as it doesn't look photoshopped then it will work. The few times I've done it I saved it as a sorta low quality jpeg to cover any possible mistakes on my part and it worked.

Personally I think that as long as the ID's name is the same as the WoW account's name,it's OK.However, this is my own opinion only!In addition,when i created my friend created my account,he wrote some random names that he didn't remember,so I managed to unlock it without providing my name.Here's a copy of the ORIGINAL email that I've sent them ( This is Exactly what I wrote,some of the info is personal so i changed it to XXXX) :

Well i asked him about what can he tell me about the address and the name and last name and he didn't tell me anything..he told me that he can't remember because he always type some shits and never types his name...

Secret question and answer: High school or something and the answer is XXXX or XXXX or sth like that don't remember rlly i used to use the last 6 digits if i forgot my pass.

They wont check the ID in any way. I have used my old passport several times.
You just need to have a scanner and not take pic so you can edit in paint. What i do
