Looking for Raiders

So, I've tried this once before. With 'relative' success. Meaning, I've gotten enough botters together to form a raid team, however...they used rotation bots as more of a crutch, than an extension of their own skill. I'm not interested in people that don't understand the basics of their class. You need to understand how your role works...not just that pressing 'On' on Soapbox makes it do magical things. This guild will take quite some time to build, as we move towards Legion. If you're interested, please drop me a message @ my inbox with an application. The process to get into this 'rotation bot' guild will be no different than joining a regular guild. I need to know experience, roles you're willing to play, whether you're coming with an already experienced raid group, or if you'll be a reroll. Etc..etc..the ideology behind it is really quite simple. I'd rather not run a rotation bot guild, at all...than run one at half steam, again.

My last attempt at a full rotation bot guild, we successfully cleared H SoO. However, we had quite a few people that believed the bot should do everything for them...like avoid mechanics. Half the guild was not Mythic caliber, even with a rotation helper. So, the guild fell apart rather quickly, when those that couldn't were guildless and those that could, found Mythic guilds; such as myself, whom went on to full clear M SoO.

I'm also looking for an Officer, or two, to help fill ranks. These Officers need to be Mythic caliber, as Mythics is the name of the game.
