Questions re buying TCG mounts (from Raiditem)

hi,

looking to buy some TCG mounts of raiditem as a gift for my brother and hoping experts in this community could provide me some advice on the potential trade,

1) anyone know if this site is trustworthy, seems like its been around forever with a huge number of following on facebook and instagram

2) how unsafe is it to buy tcg mounts (tiger+chicken+hippogryph), are the risks of being flagged higher than buying actual gold? or should i just buy gold then buy the mounts in game?

3) can i mitigate these risks by using guild bank deposit method and slowly withdrawing 1 by 1 etc?
