Are there battle pets dupes currently going on? Market gets flooded

For some reason the market gets flooded with battle pets lately. Is there anything known? Son of Animus to name one example, basicly all rare encounter pets, are suddenlyl trippled (or more) in quantity on the auction house. From mere 1-2, now 6-7, with ridiculous prices. Said pet for 14k instead of the usual 30-40k. Ruby droplet, which is no raid drop but still a rare and one of the most op pets, from 2-3 on the AH max now up to 10 ???

Edit. Interestingly enough, I have tried to contact that very player via ingame mail and it says "target is unfriendly". After then researching on the web what this is all about, no clear answer was given, but assumption that this has to do with cross-realm? We do not have CRZ AHs yet. What do I uncover here?

More than likely, i've seen the chinese sellers on playerauctions selling those type of pets (like Son Of Animus) for 10-15 a pop

Yep, common sense indeed!

About the pets, they are batch distributed by certain chinese groups a few times/year. And I think its pointless to ask for the source, no one would give you the correct answer, of course. Could be massive botting raids, duping, cheating GMs for rollbacks, anything.

There was a dupe at the start of 6.1 which was widely reported. It got fixed quickly. Not sure if this is anything to do with it.
