doesn't really sound like you are offering to pay people, but rather to give them an affiliate commission. Paying would involve someone advertising in exchange for monies paid likely either in advance, or with proof of advertising. I mean some of those advertisements in-game things are really simple to do.

Well if they find a boost they get some amount of money from the boost from finding it simple, so theres the proof of advertise.
Advertisements in-game are really simple to do i guess they are but don't you need honorbuddy or something unless you wanna spend half your day sitting there spamming trade?
