Need help unbanning an account

I've had the misfortune of being banned for third-party programs and is now seeking some advice how to formulate a ticket.

I have had the account since vanilla, with basically everything completed in the game and would be more than sad to have it lost forever. If there is any anyone kind enough I will be forever grateful that could point out what a ticket should contain and what shouldn't, or if even better you would have a pre-written short-story.

you shouldnt have used bot on your main account in the first place :P

i used bot on my second account and girlfriends account to help my main account farm saberstalkers rep, but they banned all 3 accounts

This was a hack in something as trivial as in an instance to farm a mount, something that should have had an entirely different ban category. The way they banned me is how they punish botters that disrupt the game 1000% more, by not allowing a second chance to the account and learn from the mistake.

My account have never been suspended or banned and yet they throw out a permanent ban with no initial warning or hope to get the account back. This is to me as said before what could be described the standard way of banning bots that they want to get rid of such as gold farmers. I am obviously not a botter, my mistakes made close to no damage to the game world compared to these and still I was banned in the same category.

What kind of 3rd party program you used?
I got a ban a few years ago using my Logitec g19 keaboard and autoklicker to farm cloth / gold / Arena / and level up alts.
The only thing i say in my ticket was that i was really sorry for the dumb thing i have done and i regret it mutch and i newer going to do anything like this agin.
The day after the ticket my account was un banned But i got a final warning on it.

Usually Calling. Sending email is same as ticket.

Guys when you get banned you get banned by their BOT...When you make a ticket you will receive an automated response. In order for you to have better chances on removing your ban contact them directly to live chat and explain what happen. It works better if you use some sort of vpn when you do your farming but i got a ban removed like that

thx morusx. but how did u un ban yourself exactly? were you really botting and did u admit to it?

I said the same very politely that I was sorry over my actions and that I requested a final chance, bot none were issued. Still I have never had a single suspension other than a few ninja loots or bans.
