I just received Savage Satchel of Cooperation as DPS?

Is this intended? How did it happen? Random?

I have noticed that on declining the queue, the satchel went poof. I did not even enter the dungeon, wanted simply re-queue and it wasn there anymore! Wtf.

Whats going on here

At some point later that day, switching chars and being back on it, there it was again. How does it re-appear?

Yes it happens from time to time, its normal and intended just like the tank/healer ones.

The call to arms is offered when a specific role is needed more than the others, with the recent buffs to the satchels contents there are a lot more tanks and healers queuing to take advantage of the lucrative rewards, creating an increased need for DPS than there has been in the past and thus allowing the satchels to appear for DPS specialized players.

TL;DR Yes, this is working as intended..

Happened more than few times. And what I hate the most is when i queue when there is an addition reward, group is crated ( i need to click accept/yes ) but no more reward. I havent done many dungeons lately so I dont know if that still happens but just because of that I have declined more than 50+ dungeons in the past...
