    [Theory] What are Heirloom Upgrades tied to? The Account obviously, and...?

    Copying other the heirlooms to another acc removes their Upgrades. They are all lvl 60. But why does that happen and what possibly could enable the system to keep the lvl 100 upgrades?

    As always if it does not want to be spoken here, which I can fully understand, I happily take PMs to discuss it there further.
