Deserter Debuff in 6.2 (anyone seen this?)

I used my other account a couple times today to get a couple toons into LFR quicker. Had no issue.
These were just highmaul and BRF.
Then late tonight around 2:30am PST I did this for hellfire citadel.
Once I exited the account I wasn't using both accounts exited the Raid and both got the deserter debuff.
Anyone else seen this yet or was there any postings anywhere about changes to joining raids or dungeons as a group?

EDIT: Hell fire Citadel LFR was the one this happened. I just tried it with BFR (LFR) and didn't have the issue so maybe its for the new stuff added in 6.2

EDIT 2: Tried again today with BRF (LFR) and got booted and debuff one party member joined with dropped.
