Did you get a perma ban or a temp ban? I dont think what you did can get you perma banned unless youve done it before.

Tbh if you use those lines in troll-macros you should expect a ban. I'm guessing it isn't your first offense since it's perm?

In general you should stay away from anything that can be deemed offensive (which really doesn't leave much lol), but there are many troll lines you can use to get people annoyed that aren't offensive.
But, back to your initial question. From what I've heard Seph's service is quite good, so if you have the money I say it's worth a shot if you really want your account back. I'm going to try it out soon for my own account.
