Restore all characters

Is there a way to get all your characters restored without waiting 30 days? I just started playing again and I've already restored 1 toon but my others I must wait for.

Is there simply a way around this?

I think your only luck here would be trying to explain your situation, but you're unlikely to get much out of it unfortunately.

The restore deleted character option allows you to restore 1 deleted character every 30 days.
My question is, is there a way around this, perhaps exploit.. where you don't have to wait, and you can just keep restoring.

Could fake an account hack and say they deleted your toons. As long as they dont delve to deep and see when the ip change happened vs the toon deletion then should be golden.
