Question about banned accounts

Well this is a pretty dumb question but still.Is there a way to move a character from banned account to another account(either on your battle-net or another battle-net) ? And if there isn't do you guys have any clue for how long does Blizzard keep info on the banned accounts ( like IP's and whatever the account was banned for) ?

There's no way you can move characters from a banned account.

Account is banned forever, it won't unban itself after a certain time.

Unforunately, as of today there are no methods for accessing characters on banned accounts. While I doubt they keep record on banned accounts IP addresses, I do believe they keep a record of the account in addition to the payment method, email and other much more specific information. As for how long.. probably forever.

It's impossible that you can transfer a character from a banned account. Need to unban the account first.
Heard a case that a player's account got permanent banned for over exploring resources, after two years he applied to reopening the account from GM again,
and finally successfully got the account unbanned .
