since it takes an hour to get post privileges on twinkinfo.com and i don't know any other wow forums i figured i'd post here

-i read somewhere there was a 20-24 queue and then they changed it back to 20-29, and i also read that gear and level differences matter less in pvp now,
does that mean a lvl 20 character can competitively play against a lvl 29 or should i play the 19 bracket
-which servers have the highest amount of 19 or 29 twinks

Bleeding Hollow probably. As for level difference its mainly the abilities and the gear you have access to as everyone scales up to 29 in battlegrounds and skirmishes I couldn't tell you what the advantages are as i don't play low level twinks just thought I'd try an give you some insight

I havnt been involved in twinking since wod released, but from what i gathered the few times i went looking for info is that with stats scaling to max level in each bracket, the biggest difference between a 20 and 29 is the spellbook. By choosing to twink 29 instead of 20, you'll have an extra ability or 2 that people at 20 do not. Like warlocks at 29 would have succubus seduction and their felhunter, Mages have cone of cold, but they wouldnt if they were twinking 20.

No promise that this is 100% correct, but its what i remember reading at some point in earth's existence

for 19 on US-realms it is bleeding hollow for sure, for EU I am not entierly sure, but my guess here would be Draenor(H).

I've been playing both 20s and 29s recently, and with that said I have to say 29s are superior due to more spells and different types of armor which has better stats scaling wise. A 29 usually always wins a 1v1 versus mirror in arenas/bgs over a 20. The only advantage I see for playing a 20 over a 29 is if you dont want to pay for the game, and just play as a "veteran twink", which has all the F2P items but fully enchanted.

If you're looking to play 20s on US id recomend the realm Aeri Peaks(spelling? im from EU so cant remember the exact name) and play as alliance, and if you're looking to play 20s on EU i'd suggest you to roll on aggramar(H).

For 29s on US im not sure where to go, but on EU id say either draenor/aggramar/stormscale horde.

Activity wise for the 20-29 bracket in EU, pops for bgs takes normally 5-15 min whilst arenas takes around 1-4mins(both horde and alliance).
Activity wise for the 19 bracket in EU, theres not many bg pops, normally only a few a week at peak times ~19.00 CET(not realy into it, so cant confirm 100%), and arena wise its about the same as the 20-29 bracket, 1-5mins ish for a queue to pop.

Acvtivity wise for the US 20-29 bracket and 19 bracket im not realy 100% sure about, since I dont play it. But my guess is that its more frequent, and as far as I know, the BG pops there in 19 bracket are way more frequent than in the EU 19 bracket due to way more activity.

no you can not freeze the XP on a trial account, even if you have managed to get the 10gold before reaching max level.

So you can only join the 20-29 bracket if you play as trial / veteran

what's a veteran

A veteran is an account with its gametime expired. You can still play any character up to lvl 20. You will not be able to lock exp, or gather more gold beyond 10g (though you will keep all gold you previously owned on the char). Basically the same restrictions as a f2p account.

All gear scales to the same ilvl (for 10-19, it's ilvl 24, for 20-29 it's 34). Base stats scale aswell. So 29's are like 20's with more abilities/gear options.

it looks like bg queues are fine for my schedule, i joined the queue at 4 AM est and got in in less than 2 minutes

i really dislike the respawn times of mobs, if i'm fighting more than 1 mob at once i have to loot the one i killed immediately or the loot will despawn by the time i kill the other mobs
