Need some help please

I play mostly on a private server, but i made a trial account to talk to some old friends. I changed everything i would normally change to play on the private server, but when i launch wow it trys to patch up? Any ideas?

That means you aren't running the latest version of WoW. It's not like private servers where you can be on any version you want.
