Hello i wonder if it's possible to use my eu credit card and buy battlechest/gametime etc in battle.net shop for rub currency or will my credit card be blocked since im from sweden or do have to have a wmr pouch in order to pay safe?

Without WMR Purse you cant pay on RU Blizzshop.
You can purchase wih your credit card on RU Blizzshop but your payment will get rejected 99% cause they will detect its EU credit card and not russian. Also it will take a week for them to refund you.
